House Paint Color Raffle
Help build Martin’s Landing’s paint color reference list and be entered into an incredible raffle!

The Ad Hoc House Paint Colors Committee is working with the community to help create a master list of house paint colors for consideration by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). The goal is to make the paint approval process easier and more streamlined for homeowners while still preserving flexibility and variety throughout Martin’s Landing. All colors will continue to be considered by the ARC — this effort is simply designed to help homeowners narrow down options more easily, make for quick ARC approvals, and create a helpful starting point for future projects.

To build this list, we’re asking residents to help identify exterior paint colors they love throughout Martin’s Landing. And to make it fun, every submission gives you a chance to win prizes through our community raffle!

How to Earn Raffle Tickets
You can earn up to five chances to win!

Submit three house addresses with exterior paint colors you love = 3 raffle tickets
Submit the paint color name and number for one of those homes = 1 raffle ticket
Attend the Paint Voting Party = 1 raffle ticket
Stay local and explore your own neighborhood, or venture into other areas of Martin’s Landing you may not have visited before. However you choose to participate, we encourage you to help us identify colors that reflect the character and variety of our community.

Important Information
The raffle is open to all homeowners in good standing
Homeowners will have the opportunity to vote on paint colors they would like the ARC to include on the master reference list
Voting and raffle ticket pickup will take place at the ML office from July 22–29 during office hours or during the Paint Voting Party
All house addresses must be submitted by June 15
Drawing Information
The raffle drawing will take place at the conclusion of the Paint Voting Party on July 31 where winners will be announced. You do not need to be present to win, but we would love to see you there!

Prize winners will have until Aug. 7 to claim their prize. Any unclaimed prizes will be redrawn on Aug. 12. If prizes remain unclaimed after Aug. 19, they will be forfeited.
