The Martin’s Landing Foundation Board of Directors have given notice that a Special Meeting of the members of Martin's Landing Foundation will be held from 9:30am through 7:30pm on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at the River Lodge, 1221 Riverside Rd, for in person voting on a Proposed Special Assessment. As has been previously shared, the MLF River Pool Facility is in urgent need of repair. The facility is failing structurally and must be renovated to ensure it remains usable to the Foundation’s members. Notice has been sent via mail to each member of MLF.
