Martin’s Landing in Roswell, Georgia has an abundance of recreational areas for all ages. In addition to our location on the Chattahoochee River Corridor, we have Martin Lake that is the center of our neighborhood. There is a 2.4 mile gently rolling walking trail around Martin Lake. Relax on the many benches to watch wildlife or fish in our lake. Non-motorized boats, such as kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes, can be seen almost on a daily basis. Paddle over to Duck Island for a view to behold! The Lake Pavilion on Martin Lake has one of the neighborhood pools with 6-lanes, a baby/wading pool, and covered area overlooking the tennis courts. The Martin’s Landing swim team, The Dolphins, practices and competes at the Lake Pavilion pool as well.
Another popular area for friends and neighbors is the state-of-the-art River Lodge that is located right on the Chattahoochee River. The riverfront recreation area has a large swimming pool and diving area, covered pavilion, and playground area. Tennis courts (including clay courts), a gazebo, and grilling area are also nearby.
Our North Pond area has a large swimming pool, a covered pavilion overlooking a 5 acre pond, walking trails, and more tennis courts.
The front entrance of Martin’s Landing has one of the many playgrounds for kids and a huge level field for soccer, frisbees, kite flying, and more.
