Martin’s Landing is a community of 1965 single family homes, patio homes, condominiums, townhomes and apartments, all within 12 subdivisions.
The 12 individual subdivisions that make up Martin's Landing are: East Hillside, Hillside, Lakeview, Martin Lakes Condos, North Pond, North Shore, Parkside, Six Branches, South Shore, The Lake House Apartments, The Landings Townhomes, and Wynfield Gables.
Martin’s Landing includes green belts, rustic walking paths, wildlife and the beauty of nature surrounding it. The neighborhood features a 53 acre lake, with creeks and ponds running through the neighborhood and a convenient 2.4-mile walking path surrounding the lake.
Martin's Landing has three recreation areas including a lakeside clubhouse, playgrounds, three tennis/pickleball facilities (15 courts total, with 2 clay courts), three separate pool areas, numerous playgrounds, open play fields, and The River Lodge.
Martin's Landing has its own elementary school, Esther Jackson Elementary and is also served by Holcomb Bridge Middle School and Centennial High School.
Martin's Landing Foundation has recently completed several major renovations and upgrades to our neighborhood. The River Lodge is less than three years old and is a highly demanded rental facility only available to Martin's Landing residents. New sea walls surround the 53 acre lake.
Martin's Landing is conveniently situated in Roswell within close proximity of all that Roswell has to offer while still being in a nature preserve setting with an abundance of wildlife and easy access to the Chattahoochee river.
