An Architectural Approval Request with plans, specifications, and all information reasonably required to evaluate the project must be submitted online via TownSq (Homeside Properties Homeowner Portal) for approval prior to the commencement of any exterior modifications or submissions. Before you submit your ARC Request, please review the MLF Architectural Standards and guidelines established by the Martin's Landing Architectural Review Committee.
Steps to Submit your ARC Request:
1. Review Martin's Landing Architectural Guidelines
2. Download and Review ARC Request Form Submittal Requirements
3. Submit your ARC request online at TownSq (Homeside Properties Homeowner Portal). This is the most efficient way to submit your request. Once you are logged in to TownSq, select "Requests" in the left hand column. Then click the "Create Request" button on the right hand side of the screen.

Our role is to provide full management services including: administrative and clerical services such as maintaining resident information, records and documents, assessment collection, payment of invoices, monthly financial report preparation, budget preparation assistance, enforcement of the governing documents of Martin's Landing Foundation, Inc., and processing of all architectural modification requests submitted by Homeowners (we encourage all homeowners to review all the governing documents for your community prior to submission), oversight of all routine and maintenance services such as lawn and irrigation, property insurance, etc., monthly site inspections of Martin's Landing Foundation, Inc including processing of violations as directed by the Board of Directors, attendance at the annual Homeowners meeting, and access to a secure member website.
